Hagai Tal





Hagai serves as CEO of Advanced Solution since its establishment in 2011.

Hagai was also responsible for establish group companies and presently, is manages them as well. Hagai is also responsible for the group business development, mergers & acquisitions and execution group business strategy in Israel and abroad.

Hagai previously served as COO for Derech Eretz Highways Management Corporation Ltd, the operation company of the Cross-Israel Highway, Highway No. 6, since it opened in 2002. This roll included establishing company's operational divisions, including patrolling, monitoring, enforcement, video decoding and more.

Prior joining the group, Hagai served for 20 years in the Israel Security Agency in a variety of senior command and management positions.

Hagai holds a BA in Political Science and Strategy from Bar Ilan University





Dan Rapaport

Director of Business Development




Dan joined the Derech Eretz group in 2015. Dan's position includes expanding group’s areas of activities, promoting group business strategy in Israel and abroad and business development for Safe Way Company.

Prior joining Advanced Solutions, Dan served as Business Development Manager in Ormat, a world leading renewable company where he was responsible for development and tailor of candidate Greenfield projects and management of newly executed projects, in addition to involvement in investments in the international market.

Dan holds an MBA in Business Administration from College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon Lezion and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut

Tomer Jakov





Tomer serves as CTO since 2012. As group lead technical advisor, Tomer is responsible for managing the group Intelligence Transportation and Toll Systems projects.

Tomer previously served as System Engineering Manager at Derech Eretz Highways Management Corporation Ltd in addition to serving as Project Manager of several toll projects, toll system extensions and upgrades projects, as well as for the construction of the toll system in the Carmel Tunnels.

Prior joining the group, Tomer served as an Officer in the Israeli Navy where he managed various technical projects.

Tomer holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University

Liat Siksik

Chief Accountant




Liat served as Chief Accountant and Payroll Coordinator for Safe Way and 431 Ways group companies since 2010 and for North Road and Advanced Solutions group companies since 2013.

Prior joining the group, Liat held a position of Chief Accountant and Payroll Coordinator in the Yana Group.

Liat is a licensed Senior Chartered Accountant and Payroll Coordinator
