Highway 6

Highway 6 is the first toll road project in Israel, which is working with an electronic toll charging system. Highway 6 is a major traffic artery that allows a smooth, fast and convenient pass from north to south.
The route includes 2 bidirectional tunnels and 150 bridges that spread on over 140 km road.
The operating company of Highway 6 is Derech Eretz Highways Management Corporation LTD (Derech Eretz Operator), who was founded in1999, and today is a significant center of knowledge in the fields of setting up and integrating toll systems, traffic management, establishing and operating control centers, and operating transport projects in Israel and abroad.

HaCarmel Lanes

Hacarmel Lanes Systems and Operation Ltd. operates the Carmel Tunnels project - one of the most complex technological infrastructure projects in Israel.
The company operates the project, using advanced technologies incorporating automatic systems for identifying incidents in the tunnels.
The Carmel Tunnels project is a major traffic artery comprising a pair of tunnels crossing the city of Haifa and connecting three main sites in the area: the Krayot Junction, Ruppin Road, and Hof Hacarmel.

North Road

North Road Operation and Maintenance Ltd. manages and operates over 270 km of traffic lanes in the north of the country, as part of the National Roads Co. PFI project. This project is in the form of a partnership between the public and private sector, by which a long-term public project is implemented with private funding. The North Road project involves a combination of rehabilitation and operation of a major network of roads in the north of Israel, including roads 65, 4, 70, 66 and others.
The project, spread over a 20 year concession, focuses first on the rehabilitation and renewal of existing roads, and then on operation and maintenance of the entire network throughout the period of the franchise.

Safe Way on the Roads Ltd. provides a range of roadside services for intercity and urban roads, including maintenance and handling of existing infrastructures and dealing with repairs.
The company provides a range of services to all the companies of the group, such as setting up temporary and permanent traffic and safety arrangements, training and operating traffic inspectors to work for the local traffic sign authorities and more.
Safe Way works to the highest standards of quality and safety, and successfully complies with all yardsticks for testing in the various projects and quality surveys.

431 Ways

Highway 431, constructed along 22 km and containing 12 intersections, was planned, built and operated as part of an agreement with the state for constructing, operating and maintaining the road in PFI format. The road connects Highway 20 from west with Highway 1 from east.
431 Ways Operation and Control provides the operating solution for the project, such as a control center, routine maintenance and traffic control for maximum availability of the road.
